Day two! May 11th 2021

Tuesday May 11th at 9:35pm

Today was our second day working out and today was our upper body workout. We started our day by going to the gym at 8:30 and working out for an hour. We then continued our day by beginning our research on yoga for the following day, we looked into different types of yoga and the different benefits from different types. Then we picked a nice video to follow for tomorrow's recovery day. Then we took a break for lunch at 11:30. After lunch we got back to research and looked at the five components of fitness. The five components of fitness will help us to hone in on our workouts to make them as beneficial for us as possible. This research took us till 1:30 pm. Tomorrow we will begin our recovery day and research more about our workouts and what is most beneficial for us.
