Week two reflection

This week overall has been pretty productive, we have had some detours in our days but overall we are getting a lot of work done along with our daily workout. This week we have been refining more of our information as we are working towards our final workout plan and meal plan. This week we finalized our meal plan and created the final product. While creating the meal plan we learned a lot about what food we should be putting into our body and what we should avoid. Then while working out this week we refined out workouts to better achieve our goals and we did less reps and more weight while lifting, then we finished off our week with core, agility, and cardio. Cardio is also important in order to help with endurance, on Saturday we went for a 10 minute run like we did during field hockey season and we just went to the lacrosse field and ran it. This week's activities will benefit me because we now know what workouts were the most beneficial for us and which ones pushed us the hardest. This helps us achieve our goals because we are working out which is improving our physical fitness and we are stretching and rolling out daily in hopes to make our muscles less tight allowing us to be slightly more flexible. While working on our final workout plan we are able to learn what workouts and reps are most beneficial, we also are looking out other workouts and comparing them to our own and learning about the differences and what they do. This week we have been pretty on task even though we did take two trips to starbucks, these allow us to take a break in the middle of the day rather than doing research straight all day.
