Day 10! May 20th 2021

Day ten! Today we started a little earlier to get our core workout in. We did our core workout from 8:30-9:30, today and we did 3 sets of 6 different exercises. Then we did some work on our final workout plan until 11:00 for the seminar. After the seminar at 12:30 we continued to work on our workout plan. Then we began to put together a more appealing worksheet for our meal plan. Then our day ended at 2:00 when we both got ready to go to our afternoon activities.
