Day Three! May 12th 2021

Day three!! Today we started off our day with a nice relaxing yoga on the turf strip at 8:30-10am. Today is our recovery day before getting into leg day tomorrow. For our yoga we found a video to follow online yesterday, this helped us to find our center and really stretch and relax our bodies. Then after yoga we made our plan for leg day and the workouts we are planning to do, this brought us to our lunch break at 11am. Then following lunch we continued working on our research for an hour and a half. We will begin leg day and really hone in on our workout plan and what we are finding most effective and where we are seeing the most results.
