Day six May 15th 2021

Day six! Today was a shorter day for us, we started at 8:00am. Today we had to get up earlier then normal to try to get 3 hours of work. Today was rough because we were much more tired than normal. We began with stretching and then doing a 10 minute run. We do not like cardio but we felt it was needed to be a part of our workout plan. After our run we came back to our dorm to cool down and get into our research and planning. We finished our planning for our workout on Monday which is leg day. Then we got into planning for our finalized workout plan.
Stretch and run 8:00am-9:00am
Research 9:00am-11:00am
