Day One! May 10th 2021

Monday May 10th 2021 8:02pm:

Today was our first day of senior project. We started our project this morning by meeting with Rachel Moore at 9:00 and we went over our week's plan and project details for an hour before moving on to work on outlining our work outs for the week. While outlining our week we looked up different workouts and how they work on each part of our body and categorized our days so we are working on different things each day of the week. Then we began to look into different food groups for muscle gain and what were the best things to consume and what was not good. Then we took a break at 11:30 to go to lunch. Following lunch at 12:00 we continued to pick what workouts we were doing today for our agility. We also created an outline of what a healthy meal plan looks like along with what food groups are best to eat. Then we did our workout on agility on the turf strip with some stretches and rolling out. We finished the day at 2:00 by looking into the 5 components of fitness where we plan to pick up our research tomorrow.
