Day nine May 19th 2021

Day nine! Today did get derailed a little but overall it was successful. Today we started our morning at 8:00am with stretching and yoga for our active rest. Then around 9:30am we met with Rachel Moore to talk about the final look of our project along with our final workout plan. Around 10:00 we decided to take a quick trip to dunks to get some coffee. After that around 11:00 we met in the training room for a bit longer to continue to work on our fine workout plan. We got distracted into a conversation before going to lunch around 12:00. After lunch we finished up the day by planning for tomorrow until 1 before going off to sports.
