Day four!! Today was leg day and we got started this morning by going to the gym for our workout at 8:30. First we stretched and rolled out and then we got into weighted squats and deadlifts. Then after our workout we went back to our dorm to plan our workout for tomorrow, core. After planning out our day tomorrow we took a break for lunch at 11:30. We finished up our day doing more research, we looked more into healthy eating and what idea meals would look like. This consisted of protein and healthy snacks throughout the day. We are starting tomorrow off without core work out and then we will move into more research.

Planning 9:30am-11:30am 

Research 12:00pm-1:00pm
