Day five!! Today was our fifth day of working out and we began our day with a nice core work out on the turf strip at 8:30am. Then we met with Rachel Moore to talk about what we have accomplished. After that we took a nice break to go get starbucks and then go to lunch, we took the mini van into Tilton and got coffee. Then after lunch we began with more research at 12:00. We continued to look into meal plans. We continued to learn what foods are beneficial and why. Then we looked into why certain food groups are good for gaining muscle and endurance. We ended our day at 2:00 before going to sports.
