Day 11! May 21st 2021

Day eleven! Today we had an early start at 8:00am to stretch and roll out and do some agility work. After that we did work to finalize our meal plan and continue to put it into a new format. After working on our meal plan we took a nice break to go get Starbucks and Tilton pizza. After our trip we hung out in the training room before coming back to our dorm for a little more work. Then at 2 we got some more work done on our final workout plan. We also had to refine our workouts in order to put them into the plan. Then we ended our day at 3 before going to our afternoon activities.
